  Overall, we had a very positive experience and are grateful for the support we received throughout the process. The team especially Nnedi was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Every step was explained clearly, and the document upload process on the portal was straightforward and easy to follow. Although there was a delay caused by the bank, we appreciated her efforts to guide us and keep the process moving as smoothly as possible. One area that could be improved is the chat support. Faster responses or more proactive updates through the chat would make the overall experience even better. We truly appreciate the support and would recommend your services to others.

  It has been exactly 3 months since we collected the keys to our brand new home in Adamstown and this would not have been possible without the relentless efforts from the Moneysherpa team! My partner and I are extremely thankful for the wonderful support provided to us throughout our home-buying journey. We dealt with 2 other mortgage brokers but only Moneysherpa was able to help us thoroughly despite our difficulties after reserving 2 other properties before we finally got our lovely home.   We worked with MoneySherpa throughout our mortgage journey and overall had an okay experience. On the positive side, they offer a complete package that supports you from start to finish at a competitive price. We felt confident that we secured the best financing option available to us, and we really valued how they educated us on our choices along the way. When we needed a loan extension, the process was smooth and hassle-free. Most importantly — we got the keys in the end, which says a lot. That said, there were some drawbacks. As you move through different stages, you are assigned to different agents. While this makes sense operationally, it sometimes created gaps in continuity and left us unsure about who to direct questions to. Towards the final stages of the mortgage, we also felt that customer support dropped off — calls to agents or the office were not always answered or returned. There was also a delay caused by the bank not being aware that we were availing of the PC allowance. This was surprising, as we had made it clear early on, and it only came to light quite late in the process. Additionally, the website chat interface could be improved, as you have to scroll through the entire conversation history to find the latest messages. Overall, our experience was decent and we would still recommend MoneySherpa, but with some reservations. It’s important to stay proactive and keep on top of communication throughout the process.

  The website and portal are incredibly straightforward and easy to navigate. It saved our family so much time and effort; being able to handle all the signatures and legal documents online meant we didn’t have to drive back and forth to a physical office. A massive thank you to the team of specialists—Siobhan, Pierce, Gavin, Zoe, Miriam, and Nnedi—who helped us along the way.
