All you have to do is fill in the form to refer your friend for FREE mortgage advice. On completion of a successful mortgage switch we will then pay you & your friend 5% of our completion fee each. This is over €220 on average, but will depend on the size of the mortgage being switched. If the completion fee is removed or reduced by the lender for any reason your referral may also be reduced.

  Couldnt have got through it all without the help of the team at Money Sherpa. Our house sale just closed, we were almost 7 months in the market and I emailed the team almost everyday with a question or a problem. I always got a response on the same day, always reassuring and always had the right answer. They are in your corner all the way through with excellent advice. Buying a house is challenging enough so I'm glad I had the team to correspond with the bank as we were so busy viewing houses, dealing with engineers etc etc and then sorting all the legal side of things.
